I've been coming to this site for 9+ years and in the past there was lively debate mud slinging etc come election time. Then the political whoohah would die down and we'd get back to doom, aliens, wierd science,and what not. Now I see posts from ultra right wingers have taken over to the point were Glenn Becks drivel is actually considered important and gets pinned no less.Times change I guess and not always for the better. Side note what do you all think of Dick Cheney and his actions and attitudes towards the American people?

Dunn, a longtime Democratic media consultant, took over the job on an interim basis earlier this year when Ellen Moran abruptly left the post to take a job at the Commerce Department.
Dunn will remain as a consultant to the White House on the communications and strategic ends.
