In the Book of Revelation, Satan is described as being a red dragon-like creature with horns on it's head.
Here is a picture of a large, ferocious T-Rex-like dinosaur called a Carnotaurus, it has devil-like horns upon it's head, and it looks very similar to the way Satan is described as looking:
According to official science dinosaurs ruled this planet for over 230 million years, whereas man evolved from primates, and primates were believed to have evolved *ultimately* from small rodent-like mammals over a 65 million year time period. Is it therefore preposterous to assume that certain dinosaurs had evolved into more sophisticated lifeforms with a look similar to us, or more sophisticated, even? They had around 160 million years ahead of us.
Think about it, the dinosaurs were the first bipedal creatures to walk the planet (theropods), and official science tells us that they evolved from quadrupedal dinosaurs (archosaurs --crocodile-like creatures), so it's clear to see that they were well and truly advancing in evolutionary terms. So maybe many of them went on to evolve into intelligent monstrous humanoids as large as house -- perhaps these beings gave rise to the myths and legends of giants from ancient history, and of course to the horned dragon-like being known to us today as Satan.

Re: Did Satan and his demons evolve from the dinosaurs?
Don't you know anything? God created the world 6,000 years ago and all those dinosaur fossils are just His little practical joke he's playing on us.
God is a hoot!

I have considered this LOL, and maybe the 'dragons' were his creation also. In Genesis it mentions that the Elohim created large reptilian creatures called the Taninim -- a reference to the dinosaurs it would seem.

Re: Did Satan and his demons evolve from the dinosaurs?
Hasn't that been done already? Of course, no one saw the movie:
Political tags--such as royalist, communist, democrat, populist, fascist, liberal, conservative, and. so forth--are never basic criteria. The human race divides politically into those who want people to be controlled and those who have no such desire. The former are idealists acting from highest motives for the greatest good of the greatest number. The latter are surly curmudgeons, suspicious and lacking in altruism. But they are more comfortable neighbors than the other sort.

Op, u seriously need to get a fucking life! Satan does not look like that. He is the anointed cherub. He was an angel. I don't think he was a monster. Just becuz he fell doesn't mean he sprouted horns and a tail! Jesus, why are ppl like u allowed to even live? hawkflyer1966@yahoomessenger.

Erm, Book of Revelation describes Satan as looking like a red dragon with horns. Does the Carnotaur not resemble something of a similar description? Every other depiction of the devil shows him as a dragon-like being with two horns on his head - resembling that of a goat or a bull... must have arisen from somewhere.
Revelation:
"And there appeared another wonder in Heaven; and behold a Great Red Dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads."
"And there was war in Heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the Dragon; and the Dragon fought and his angels,
8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in Heaven.
"9 And the Great Dragon was cast out, that Old Serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the Earth, and his angels were cast out with him."
And why is it that many ancient cultures from across the world were known to have worshipped a red dragon/serpent deity? Most notably the Welsh/Celts worshipped a red dragon god called Dewi (another name for Satan).

yup those are the reptilians that a certain guy named David talks about and who live in the underground of the earth, different folks call them different things. the human emotions of pain and fear are like drugs for them.

Definitely a dinosaurian connection somewhere -- perhaps the dinosaurs link to the reptilians has been massively covered up for nefarious reasons.

No it is because you are an idiot

Right... so lets get this right for a moment -- small rodent-like mammals - according to official science - evolved into primates, and then humans, over a 65 million year time-scale, and yet you're suggesting that it's idiotic to believe that a similar evolutionary process could have happened to the dinosaurs - creatures who - according to official science once again - roamed the planet for at least 170 million years?

Re: Did Satan and his demons evolve from the dinosaurs?
Some evil spirits certainly inhabited the dinosaurs. The Angels killed them off because they couldn't stand the mace-like effect generated by coming close to them. They killed them using psionic blasts from space. I also have it that dinosaurs actually killed each other using this ability to mace each other and most times did not engage in physical combat, as they risked serious injuries from falls due to their large size.
Did the OP evolve from a gene stamped 'stupid lives here'.. I mean come on..

So, it's OK for mammals to evolve into an intelligent, upright, bipedal form, yet a similar thing was not possible for reptiles who dominated the planet for 100's of millions of years?
Hmmmm.

King James Bible
1 Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden? 2 And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: 3 But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die. 4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:
14 And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:
15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.
16 Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.

Because thou hast done this
"upon thy belly shalt thou go"
This was the punishment, which means before this the serpent was not on his belly, but upright.

I know. I went to the zoo last week, and a python tempted me with an apple. He spoke to me, saying something about Darwin and evolution. I threw a Jack Chick tract in his cage and ran towards the exit.
