Not only Jews were taken to the camps, they were not the only ones persecuted though they would like everyone to think that is how it was.
My grandfather was one of those Germans who was taken away and was never heard from again because he was outspoken against Hitler.
However those who control the media feel the need to rewrite history, making it into a cartoonish black and white drama with no grey in between.
One must also remember that other exterminations have taken place, such as the millions of Ukrainians who were murdered under Stalin. However we see no such shows on the History Channel about THAT. |

As I said, if the thread title is accurate, then it is big news. Assuming that Iran even reacts to this, which it hasn't done yet, and may well not do. I think the most Iran will do is make a statement saying Israel are being aggressive. |

Maybe the Arabs are resentful because Jews from Europe took over their territory after WWII and made those Arabs second class citizens in their own land, much in the way the Europeans who came to America did to the Native American peoples.
In general, people don't appreciate what they consider their homeland (like the Palestinians consider Israel) to be taken over by others they perceive as invaders. It's only human nature. Israel is experiencing what America experienced in earlier centuries.
Of course some Jews have lived in Israel for a very long time, but they were fewer in number and there were much less problems between Jews and their Arab neighbors before 1948 when the Jews from Europe arrived in droves and took complete power. |
