I don't believe any of the reports of how many have H1N1. We know this is all a big fat lie, so you can bet that any claims of "confirmed cases" are horseshit.
Swine flu, we are told, is also very mild.
Who knows.

I absolutely agree!! I work in an ER and we quit testing months ago. Yes, Alot of people are sick but I have not seen a single death in 6 weeks from the swine flu or illness characteristic of the swine flu. I am not saying that no one is dying because there is approx. 1000 deaths but that is over a period of 6 months and doesn't even compare to the number of deaths from the seasonal flu last year alone. This so called swine flu i"is" very mild and last only 5-7 days. For some more and some less but overall is not as bad as the seasonal flu. So, I call "Bull S--t". I have a very bad feeling about this. Why freak out about something that isn't a problem unless you are expecting a problem.....possibly because its already preplanned? |

Has anyone here got the shot or the nasal spray? anyone here know of anyone personally who has got the shot/sniff and droped dead
ill take 2 shots and one sniff and tell you all what happens
I know a nurse that lives down the street from me. She was of course required to take the all the flu shots. After the first "seasonal" shot, she and her son both became extremely ill (approximately 3-4 days after), and both were diagnosed with H1N1. They were both miserable for about 10 days.
She is fine now, as is her son, but she is thinking very seriously about NOT taking the H1N1 vaccine - possibly at the expense of her job. She definitely will not allow her son to take it.
Not sure where she stands on this now (with her job and all), but will check with her again and let everyone know. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 671825

Canada rollout has begun.
Thousand lining up here in Ottawa. I was speaking to a doctor yesterday and he told me and my wife to get it and when my son turns 6 months old to get it as well.
Do doctors have to say this? I mean you cannot have 30% of Canadian doctors saying don't get it, and 70% saying do get it (hypothetical number). There would have to be some collective agreement to tell the public to get it??? I am sure not all doctors agree. Are doctors being strong armed into telling their patients to get the vaccine? The doctor also said that the the normal flu shot has been pushed back until December so now they are fighting H1N1 and neglecting the normal flu vaccine. He said it is way too late in Dcember so they figure there will be a massive influx in normal flu.
I just don't trust doctors anymore.
I am in a bit of a pickle. My son was just born and if he was to get H1N1 or any flu for that matter I would be concerned, but it seems h1n1 has been killing healthy teenagers in the area i.e. Toronto and here in Ottawa.
Surely if the flu can kill a healthy teenager than it could kill an infant.
But the vaccine can make him sick as well....
People have been saying you have to make a informed decision, but now there is pro-vaccine and anti-vaccine sides both fear mongering.
How can we truly gauge the issues? |
