Taking what she said at face value there are still simple logistics that just don't add up for this happening in the time frame she lays out. That is: Oct 15 (first shot) and Nov 15th (second shot). Public disarmed first.
1. They don't have and can not make 300 million doses by October 15th. They just can't. So, lets say they magicly produce vaccines for half the popularion and every one offered it does take it. That still leaves half the populatino to be bussed off to a FEMA camp. Not happening. Just too many people involved.
2. Disarm the public first... before the second dose of Nov 15th or at least by years end maybe (speculation). Not happening. They don't have the manpower to wrestle guns away from the millions of citizens who are already alarmed and are not only paying attention now, but are actively protesting. Remember the article earlier in the year about Americans buying enough guns and ammo to outfit the entire standing armies of China and India combined... in the first three months of this year alone? Even our own military can't overcome those odds without a massive offensive attack. Not going to happen.
IF this is legit, something like WWIII will have to land on American soil with sufficient force to disarm the public and leave the remaining people willing to do what they are told. Highly unlikely. I watched that video a few days ago. Peaked my interest in this subject of RFID wristbands and roadblocks. Today's posting (this thread) is only heightening my concern.

This will create chaos and revolt. The people will turn on the govt. like the plague on Rome. Stock piles of this vaccine will be attacked, DC will be attacked, town halls will be attacked, and the military and the LEOs will join the people. It will get bad real quick.
Naturally they will get their population control but not like they want. THEY WANT AMERICAN WITHOUT THE PEOPLE OCCUPYING IT.
There is no way they will let the economy crash and take the blame.
If we lay down and play dumb, they get what they want. That will not happen.

A massive false flag op could put citizens, the kind who largely live for American Idle and Monday Nite Football, in the right frame of mind to agree to a little gun control.
Also, keep in mind; after the next big incident, the internet will likely be taken down...for "security reasons" of course.
We, the people, will not be able to communicate and warn one another of gun round ups.
A lot can happen in one month. A lot.

Some thoughts about your talking points above:
Thoughts on #1: Say half the population would be 150 million + people. Say there are on average 3 FEMA camps (or military bases) per state (seems reasonable to me). Each large camp/base would have an average of 1 million people. I can easily visualize one of these large camps with a million people in it where there are hundreds of residential structures and military canvas type tents per FEMA camp with hundreds of military personnel/law enforcement personnel. The government can make extremely makeshift camps easily (doesn't have to be a FEMA camp already constructed).
Thoughts on #2: I hear there is only one vaccine required now (from the HHS secretary's mouth two days ago). At one point there was concern that two vaccines would be required until two days ago. There could very well be a lot of people that will not allow themselves to be disarmed and will hide. My guess is folks who don't turn over their arsenals and go into hiding will be dealt with at a later time of the government's chosing. I can easily visualize civilians having the amount of small caliber arms as you describe above. However, they simply don't have large caliber firepower like the US military. The vast majority of the 150 million above will just comply when it comes down to it. Lastely, the US military already has enough military stockpiles and reserves to fight several large wars simultaneously if need be. Call up the reserves. If need even more personnel just draft them.
Just thinking things out a little. Thoughts?

That's a nine volt battery. It's basically an infrared light to mark things without drawing attention.

Having reluctant troops police us is a sure fire way to get us to obey. We won't want to hurt our brothers and sisters of the armed forces. We'd be much more likely to resist UN troops or anything of the sort.
Just like during Katrina, when troops came to take away weapons, they didn't want to do it but they were following orders. Many stories of troops saying "just give us A weapon" spread around after the event.
Also, just because someone bought 12 guns and a boat load of ammo doesn't mean they can even use it. You can only carry so much when "bugging out".
