I drank wine the night before.
I didn't drink any water that day
I had a soda for lunch and salty food.
location: very hot steam shower.
sex wasn't cardio,
but I could barely breathe from the steam
sharp pain back of the head/neck
then pain in the top of the cranium.
I started intentionally taking deep slow breaths, to increase my oxygen intake.
it felt like altitude ademia (spelling?)
but the medical term is:
"orgasmic cephalalgia"
it was most likely the high salt diet
low water intake, poor hydration
and that damn hot steam room |

Must have been messing around with your serotonin levels. Take X, mephedrone, methylone? Or dehydrated, as already mentioned. It should pass in a few days, in any event. It usually does and then doesn't come back.
Well I did have a full check up.
all is ok so far my blood pressure, my thyroid levels, sugar, cholesterol etc ok. I do need to lose 10 lbs/
I increase my water intake also start taking a multivitamin.
I even went to the oculist to check my eye pressure because somebody suggest it could be related.
anyway after 800 dollars in medical bills there is no an explanation of that severe headache and to be honest I only had sex 2 times after that episode and both times I was afraid.
what is mephedrone, methylone?
I was thinking on taking seratonin at night but not sure.

Well, it's good that you got checked out.
You could possibly have had a muscle cramp in your neck or head or face that caused the pain.

If it carries any 'weight', I am a physician and were my brother or best friend to call me and have these symptoms, I'd tell them to meet me at the ER and I'd call in the best Neurologist I knew to do the consult and work-up.
You may have a blockage in the circulatory system, or an aneurism (which unlike a blockage, is a weakness in a venous wall and if/when it ruptures, you can bleed out and die).
Whatever may have caused this "headache" of extreme variety, you need to have it worked up and make sure that you are not dealing with either a venous blockage or an aneurism about to pop. While both situations could be life-threatening if allowed to go on untreated - both are treatable and can be (today, thank heaven) repaired before they cause you a major problem. The key is to get to the Docs and get there fast! If you're near a major medical center (Mayo, Duke, NYU, UCLA, Cedars, UCSF, etc.) that would be your best option as they will have the required specialists on staff and will not have to be calling in someone that they don't know as a smaller hospital would.
Also, the larger facilities will be able to do the Ultra-Sound, PT Scans and MRI's, and other diagnostics STAT vs waiting until the morning. |

I was going to say this. My father had the same thing, the exact same thing during sex according to my mother. Turns out he had a brain tumor. He died when he was 27 yrs old.
