For those of you who thought this only happens in the US... [link to www.nupge.ca] Still not as bad as the US though... as a whole... "The richest 2% of adults in the world own more than half of all household wealth, according to a new study by a United Nations research institute...the poorer half of the world's population own barely 1% of global wealth."

but the wealthy in Canada put their foot on their fellow mans neck with just a little lighter stance. Health care and a decent minimum wage. that way there is less chance of foot on the neck geting being bitten off. a lesson the USA wealthy need to learn!!!
